STUDIO GUIDELINES
We have a firm no latecomers policy. You may not be admitted into the class once it has started.
All members are advised to arrive 15 minutes early to check in before class.
Please wear socks with grips for all classes. Clients without socks will be denied entry.
Our premises are under CCTV surveillance, covering our reception, storage rack and group studio area.

DO YOU OFFER TRIAL PASSES?
You may purchase the Foundational Starter Pack 5 Group Classes for $200 or Casual 1 Group Class at $55 to to kickstart your glow journey with us! Eligible for Get Glowin' Class, fundamental class.  The Foundational Starter Pack is a package designed for individuals who are new to Pilates or want to solidify their understanding of fundamental Pilates movements.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A GROUP CLASS?
Register an account with us and browse class schedules and book a class. Do note that you require valid credits before booking a spot.
WHICH CLASS SHOULD I GO FOR?
If it’s your first-time trying out Reformer Pilates, we recommend our Get Glowing' Group Class. In a small setting group of 3 at Clarke Quay, you’ll learn how to use the Reformer and gain an understanding of the foundations of Pilates.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable and form-fitting clothes are encouraged so that our instructors are able to see your body alignment. Grip socks are required and must be worn for hygiene purposes. You will be denied entry if no socks are worn. We do have Grip Socks for purchase in the studio if you forget to bring one.
IT'S MY FIRST CLASS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Arrive at our studio 10 minutes before your first class to get changed and ready for class. Inform your instructor if you have any injuries or physical conditions that the instructor should know of.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Minimum age for group classes is 18 years old. For clients younger than 18 and clients 60 years and above, we advise going for our private classes. *For parents who want to enrol their children in our group classes, we advise going for the private session or one of parent-child pair attending the class together with his/her child.
HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
Visit our Private Class page to fill in the enquiry form located at the bottom of the page. We will then match you with an instructor based on your preferred days, time and physical conditions. Please do not purchase a Private class package before being matched to an instructor.
WHEN DOES THE BOOKING WINDOW OPEN?
Our booking window opens everyday for classes 14 days in advance.
HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS?
Log into your account via our app and select bookings from bottom menu. Click on the booked class to cancel out of a Group class. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
For private classes, please whatsapp or email in to notify us.
WHAT IS YOUR LATE CANCELLATION POLICY?
24 hours cancellation policy applies therefore you are to cancel the class 24 hours prior to the start of class if you are unable to make it. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of class, a class credit will be deducted from your package.
WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?
Our studio comes equipped with toilet/changing room. We do not have shower facilities.
DO YOU OFFER REFRESHMENTS?
Due to Covid-19, we have temporarily ceased the provision of water. Please bring your own water bottle for class.
DO YOU SELL PILATES GEAR?
We sell a range of grip socks in our studio.
CLASS SCHEDULE
Our class bookings will be closed 6 hours before the class start. The management may choose to cancel a class up to 6 hours before. You will be notified by email or via WhatsApp should the class you booked into be cancelled. In this case, you will not be charged for this class.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR GROUP CLASSES
We recommend that you check directly with an instructor if you are ready to progress to the next level.
I'M PREGNANT, CAN I JOIN A GROUP CLASS?
Group classes are not recommended during pregnancy. Please consider Private classes where we will customize program that works best for your needs and body.
WAITLIST
If you would like to book into a class that is full, you may join the waitlist.
Up to 6 hours before start of class:
If you are on the waitlist, you will automatically booked into the class if a spot opens up.
CAN I SHARE MY GROUP PACKAGE?
We do not allow sharing of packages.
We encourage each member to have their own package. This ensures that you are dedicated to attend classes within a period of time, so as to see consistent growth.
SHOULD I TAKE PRIVATE CLASSES?
If you have pre-existing injuries, mobility issues and/or have pain/discomfort in their specific problem area. Please reach out to us.
CLASSES CANCELLATION (BY STUDIO)
In the event where a class will need to be cancelled by the studio due to various reasons such as low attendance or emergency situations, you will be notified up to 4 hours before the start of class via email or via text message.
INSTRUCTORS SUBSTITUTIONS
Classes may be substituted by another instructor. No class credits will be returned if you choose to late cancel or no show for the class due to the change in instructor.
HOW DO I GET TO THE STUDIO?
We are conveniently located at 6 Eu Tong Sen St, #05-03 SOHO 1 next to Burger King @Central, Singapore 059817. Nearest MRT is Clarke Quay Station. To get access to the studio, you will need to press the door access button key in 0503 press call button.
CAN I EXTEND MY PACKAGES?
If you plan to travel for more than 7 days or are unable to exercise for an extended period of time, we kindly request that you provide proof of travel or a doctor's letter. These documents are necessary for us to consider extending your package. If approved, your package will be extended to accommodate the duration of your absence or inability to exercise. Please note that short-term medical certificates (up to 7 days) will not be considered for extensions.
For travel, please ensure that you send us your travel itineraries prior to your departure.
For all other reasons, there is a $50 extension fee, with a maximum extension period of 1 month. This fee applies regardless of the number of classes remaining in your package and each package is eligible for only one extension. Please note that promotion or discounted packages will not be extended unless valid reasons are provided.
All extension requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Please note that extensions are not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, offers or limited-time packages.
