WHEN TO ARRIVE
Don’t wing it. Come 10 minutes early to sign in, take a quick look of the studio, have a check with our instructor and get prepared for class.
WHAT TO BRING
Due to Covid-19, we have temporarily ceased the provision of water. Please bring your own water bottle for class.

Comfortable and form-fitting clothes are encouraged so that our instructors are able to see your body alignment. Grip socks or regular socks must be worn for hygiene purposes. You will be denied entry if no socks are worn.

Where do I begin?
WHERE DO I BEGIN?
The Casual 1 Group Class $55 is a great way to start – you can try out the intro classes and complete within 14 days.
WHICH CLASS DO I START WITH?
Get Glowin' classes are the perfect classes to start your journey with us. In these classes, our instructors will break down the fundamentals of the exercise. Great for having your posture and alignment checked.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Wear comfortable workout attire. We recommend form fitting clothings that allows for freedom of movement. Grip socks are compulsory for pilates classes.
DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOM/BATHROOM FACILITY?
Changing room/restroom within the studio.
WHERE DO I KEEP MY BAG AND BELONGINGS?
Cubes rack for your personal belongings.
